These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Platform and services. By using our Website or booking a courier service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.
1. Services Offered
We provide an online platform that enables users to:
Book a fully insured courier to collect goods and deliver to destination of choice.
Courier services are provided directly by us using our vehicles or through third-party delivery partners.
2. Booking & Payment
Courier bookings must be made through our Website.
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
We accept payment via debit card or other digital wallets.
3. Delivery and Service Times
Same Day - direct within 30-60 minutes is offered between 04:30-17:30 after these hours collections can take longer expect up to a MAXIMUM of 6 hours.
Next Day - deliveries made by the end of the next business day no later than 18:00
We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, weather, or incorrect address details.
4. Prohibited Shipments
You agree not to book courier services for items that are:
Illegal, dangerous, or hazardous (e.g., explosives, narcotics, firearms)
Perishable goods (unless approved)
High-value items exceeding £10,000 without additional insurance.
Items restricted under local, national laws.
We reserve the right to refuse or return any prohibited item.
5. Liability & Claims
Our liability for loss or damage is limited to £10,000 per collection, unless optional insurance is purchased.
Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within 24 hours of received goods , with proof of loss/damage.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel a booking before the scheduled pickup for a full refund.
Once a courier is dispatched, bookings are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
7. User Conduct
Users must not:
Misuse the Platform
Provide false shipment information
Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt our services
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website including logos, design, and software is the property of Sprint City Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.
9. Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of personal information.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to services if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or fraudulent activity.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom
Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Jurisdiction.
